TemCam-XF416 is a high-resolution CMOS TEM camera optimized for low-dose cryo-EM, high-contrast imaging, and in-situ experiments. It combines fast 4k × 4k readout, ultra-high dynamic range, and low-noise performance for demanding scientific workflows.
