Overview
TemCam-XF216 is a compact 2k CMOS TEM camera designed for high frame-rate imaging where space or budget constraints apply. Mirroring key capabilities of the XF416 series, it delivers fast acquisition and high dynamic range for demanding TEM and UHV applications.
